Do you offer hypnotherapy only in Berlin?

The in-person 1:1 hypnosis session takes place with me in Berlin. 

However, I can also conduct hypnosis sessions online, allowing you to experience the effects no matter where you are in the world.

Is losing weight with hypnosis better than dieting?

In most cases, yes, losing weight through hypnosis is more effective than dieting because hypnotherapy directly targets the psychological blocks that are preventing you from losing weight. We immediately address the cause(s) of your problem without having to implement a complicated diet programme that can only be successful with strict willpower.
